Honorable Sikyong Penpa Tsering will be visiting NYC on April 30th and is scheduled to address Tibetan Community on Sunday May 1st, 2022 (at 10.00 am) at Phuntsok Deshe Community Center. This will be followed by a Gala Dinner in the evening (at 7.00 pm) in honor of Honorable Sikyong. So, all are Welcome to join this special occasion. We would also like to invite all Ex-Civil Servants of CTA in particular to attend the Sikyong’s Public address and grace this special occasion.
