66th National Uprising Day | Multiple Organizers

On March 10, 1959, the people of Tibet’s three provinces united in a historic uprising in Lhasa against the violent oppression of the Chinese army. This year marks the 66th anniversary of the Tibetan People's Uprising, which will be commemorated by the Tibetan communities of New York and New Jersey.

We urge all Tibetans in the region to recognize this as a solemn responsibility and participate in this important event. Your presence is vital in honoring our history and strengthening our collective voice.
