RETURN & EXCHANGE
U.S. ONLINE, PHONE AND IN-STORE ORDER PURCHASES
Ngatso gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or ordered in stores for delivery for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns of swimwear, bodysuits and intimates will only be accepted with the original tags and protective liners intact. Beauty products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at this time.
Standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if the returned order was bought on a free shipping discount and the remaining amount is less than the total amount required to be eligible for free shipping. If the entire order is returned and the order was bought under free shipping discount, Ngatso will deduct the standard shipping charges from the refund amount.
The refund will start processing once the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
Customized Products & Carpet or Rug: We will not accept return for customized products and carpets unless there is a defect on the finished products. Defected items has to be returned within 8 business days.
