Key Ingredient: Laetrae, Giloy (0.76g); Arura, Chebulic myrobalan(0.24g); Barura, Beleric myrobalan (0.24g), Kyurura, Amla (0.24g) & Gyatig, Chirata (0.13g)
Direction: Take one sachet daily in the morning on an empty stomach with either hot milk or boiled warm water, followed by mild physical exercise until sweating starts.
Uses: Relieves joint swelling, inflammation, pain and difficulty in movement; Regulates lipid, blood pressure and blood sugar levels; Alleviates lumbar, cervical and nerve pain
Duration: Recommended to take it at least for three months.
